WORKSHOPS

The purpose of these meetings is to act as a mentor and a sounding board to inspire and show you what further development opportunities exist and what can be prioritised. After each session, it is up to you to take responsibility for the implementation and report back progress and results so that we can jointly analyse the impact of the activities at the next session and check that we are moving in the right direction towards the set goals.
