About the role

Leadfront is growing rapidly and we are now looking for several CRM Consultants to join our team. We have clients in both e.g. Salesforce and Microsoft with ambitions to integrate their CX processes and use solutions globally. We design, implement and support our clients' CRM related services. This involves a deep dive into the CRM solution and its full capabilities.

Tasks 

  • Conduct feasibility studies and inventories and work with sales to create customer proposals - Understand the customer's business and suggest actions that create business value
  • Share knowledge and provide advice on e.g. Salesforce Sales and Servicecloud best practices and approaches to the team and client
  • Develop short and long-term strategies for CRM and interactions with stakeholders and related systems
  • Create strategy for and lead migrations of different CRM instances
  • Promote and drive the use of CRM and help the organisation understand its benefits and how it relates to the overall strategic business objectives
  • Maintain a long-term product roadmap and strategy to meet future business needs and continuously look for new ways to stay at the forefront of technology

Your background

We expect you to have a solid background and expertise in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. With a solid technical foundation to stand on, you also have a strong sense of business development and are good at developing customer relationships. Therefore, we prefer that you have had a role in recent years where business development and customer processing have been in focus.

Requirements:

👍 At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (or Dynamics 365).

👍 Understanding of B2B sales processes

👍 Experience in business development and customer contact

👍 A natural interest in technology, data and analytics

👍 Certification: Salesforce Sales cloud consultant and Service cloud consultant. 

It is highly desirable if you have experience of leading transformation projects, preferably involving, for example, the procurement of Marketing Automation/CRM
