HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub includes a complete sales CRM tool for sales, quoting and CPQ functionality, reporting and analytics. It also facilitates lead generation and tracking, easy-to-use sales automation, enables lead scoring to understand how each part of your sales cycle is performing, forecasting and pipeline management.
HubSpot Service Hub
With Service Hub you take control of your support management needs. Integrated with other HubSpot you get access to historical data and previous touchpoints in the rest of the customer journey, such as purchase history. HubSpot Service Hub helps you e.g. keep track of incoming support cases with tickets, shared inboxes and prioritization of cases.
HubSpot Operations Hub
The Operations Hub is used to connect HupSpot with external software via APIs, automate manual processes, synchronise and clean customer data. The Operations Hub is therefore different from HubSpot's App Marketplace which is only used to connect external apps with HubSpot, e.g. Gmail, GoToWebinar and Mailchimp.
