Planning
We planned the entire course based on the customer journey to have a good connection to how we at Leadfront work with Marketing Automation and Customer Experience. Then we developed training material in the form of presentations, knowledge checks, exercises and guest lectures. We also planned how the implementation would go and how best to engage the students in a digital environment, as well as how we as trainers could be at our most educational.
Implementation
We then held lessons every week for 10 weeks. We worked on an agile approach to optimise the performance of the lessons based on the students' reactions and thoughts during the course.
Examination
We then examined the students through a written exam and a group assignment presented to the class and trainers.
Grading
The students were assessed according to a template developed by us during the planning stage. For us, the ultimate goal was to achieve a deep understanding of how to create a personalised customer experience using customer data and creative content tailored to each part of the customer journey.
