Marketing Automation Migration

BMW's Nordic Brand Management team faced a challenge where they wanted to establish a way of working between the CRM team and the Content team. In the process, they also wanted both teams to work in the same system to send digital communications. Therefore, a decision was made to terminate one of the systems and establish work processes between the teams so that both teams would work towards the same goals in a unified work process.

How did we do it?
1.

PROJECT PLANNING

We set up a plan and anchored it in both teams. We then led the project to completion as planned.

2.

TRAINING

The content team had never used Adobe Campaign before. There we were responsible for training and providing the team with the relevant training materials to do their jobs on the system.

3.

SUPPORT

During the transition period, we have provided templates and how-to's to all new users so that they can work independently.

A System

BMW Northern Europe is now using a digital mailing system.

Uniform working process

The CRM and content teams now work together in the same tool.

Dissemination of expertise

The content team has been trained in the new tool and can work independently.

"Leadfront has helped us to phase out one of our systems and at the same time helped us to establish new work processes in the new tool"
