What is your favorite feature of Upsales?
My favorite features in Upsales are segmentation and filtering. I like that filtering and segmenting is quick and that you get a result immediately. I also like that you can save filters as views, which means you don't have to recreate a filter multiple times.
What is Upsale's main strength?
I think Upsale's biggest strength is its ease of use, it's easy to understand, it's easy to navigate and it's easy to do the right thing.
Which feature of Upsales is not to be missed?
Don't forget to use Upsale's own events feature.
What is the difference between triggers and flows?
One difference is that triggers react to changes in a contact or company card, while flows are triggered based on a segment. Another difference is that in flows you can build different branches based on the behavior of the contact while in triggers you can select one or more actions, but you cannot do that in branches. This means in my opinion that flows are better suited for creating communication flows while triggers are better suited for managing operational processes and making changes to contact and company cards.
How does scoring work in Upsales?
Under settings you will find a scoring model, here you can set points for each page on your website, and set points for email open, email click and unsubscribe. Under forms you will find complete actions where you can set different scores for different forms.
