I think their segmentation engine is very good and it differentiates itself from other tools on the market.
What are the most common pitfalls when working in Symplify?
One of the most common mistakes users make in Symplify is to create very long customer journeys. This makes it easy to get into trouble with adapting the customer journey forward. I also think that customers need to get better at using Symplify's functionality called Projects to categorize mailings more easily.
